Advance tickets

Large crowds on Sundays and public holidays and during the Obon summer vacation can mean a long wait to get into the park.
We recommend e-tickets, which offer convenience and value when purchased via a smartphone, and advance tickets, which can be purchased at your neighborhood convenience store.

In addition, “electronic tickets that can be paid by card are convenient. Date-specific tickets can be canceled by the customer themselves up to the day without a cancellation fee. For free tickets that can be used at any time during the period, tickets purchased by the customer themselves. Please contact the company and request cancellation. *Cancellations may not be possible depending on the handling company.

JAF, Relo Club, and Benefit One members can purchase tickets in advance on their respective member websites. Special same-day tickets for members are not available.

Rental seats can be reserved in advance except for luxury seats and center terrace seats. Please note that tickets will not be sold on the same day. Please check the advance tickets on the homepage for available seats on the day.

*Discounts and coupons may only be applied to same-day ticket purchases. Guests with disabilities may purchase advance tickets but will be asked to present ID verifying their eligibility upon arrival (original or copy, including Mirairo ID; benefit recipient cards not accepted). Guests who are unable to do so will be required to enter the park with a general admission ticket.

The Facilities

Swimming Pools

People of all ages, from small children to adults, can enjoy the waterpark! Once you’re tired of playing in the water, take a break in the Sunshade Plaza (grass area)!
The flowing pool features water flowing at 30 meters per second around a circumference of 150 meters.	The unending series of cobalt-blue waves will make you feel like you’re on a tropical beach!
Water slide with a total length of 60 meters and a drop of 12 meters.	Play as hard as you like at our water play system, which is like an aquatic jungle gym!
Kids, get wet and have a ball splashing around with your mom and dad. Parents, rest easy since the pool is only open to guests younger than 3 who are less than 100 centimeters in height. (Children must be accompanied by an adult.)

■Caution, danger/nuisance In order for our guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience at our facility, 【Various precautions】・People who require assistance, such as small children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, must be accompanied by a guardian of high school age or older and always supervised. ・The pool may be closed or the pool may be closed without notice due to weather conditions. ・If you would like to take photos inside the park, please contact the staff. If we determine that you are causing a nuisance, we will report you to the police regardless of the reason. If we determine that your behavior is contrary to the purpose of your visit, we may ask you to leave. The facility cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by customer negligence.

Inflatable boats: Inflatable boats may be used in the park, but please refrain from using large boats or boats with oars. Use of inflatable boats may be prohibited depending on crowding.
Compressors for inflating swimming rings and other inflatable items may be found across from the jacuzzi pool in the middle of the park and across from the northern restroom. Use is free of charge.
